EyeCare Associates works with many insurance carriers and payment plans.
If you do not see your plan listed or have questions about having a medical plan with vision benefits please contact our office or check with your vision provider before your appointment for assistance. Our friendly and informed staff will be happy to help answer any questions you may have.

Out-of-Network Financial Policy on Vision Insurance
EyeCare Associates is able to see any person for an appointment regardless of their insurance coverage. Unfortunately, we are unable to submit claims into some vision plans for consideration if we are not a participating provider.
We are happy to provide you with an itemized invoice with all of the information you will need to submit a claim into your insurance but will require you to settle any balance.
For taking care of your balance at time of service we do offer savings and would be glad to discuss the different ways you are able to qualify.
